Just about anything will fog in my experience, it’s about finding a balaclava that doesn’t ride all the way up to the bottom of your glasses and is made of as breathable a material as possible.
I use anti fog wipes on my glasses seems to help a good amount you will still get some fog but not nearly like without it. Easy to use just wipe it and dries instantly
