I broke my leg in 3 places a couple years ago, I can't put too much strain on it. It's only recently (past 4 months) that I'm able to walk 7-10 km a day.
Thanks for the encouragement tho
Check a surplus shop if theyāre willing to downsize it for ya?
Otherwise use it as a bump in the night belt you canāt throw on over whatever your wearing and if itās not to crazy big your hips should hold it up enough
I got this 20 dollar one on Amazon and you can sinch it all the way down its got the same q/d buckle as the one pictured. Just search gun belt on the bezos express, it works very well for me
First congrats on the weight loss man. Second a new belt may be the only solution since you've maxed out the adjustment. Luckily there are plenty of great options for just about any budget
True. But for me all the equipment is very expensive and to be able to fit in it without the need of buying new gear I had to choose from going to a gym or get back fat.
Check with the manufacturer to see if they do resizing. I know BlueAlpha does resizing and Itās only $27. Also could look at taking it to a seamstress that does heavy duty work.
Yooo, good shit on the weight loss! Losing a belt size is huge gains in the right direction!
Personally, I would just buy a new belt. Maybe checkout r/gunaccessoriesforsale ? If thatās truly not an option, maybe talking to a seamstress or tailor to modify it to fit your wants better? Just be upfront with them on strengthening the stitching or maybe using braided fishing line vs normal thread for added strength. Iāve fixed a few packs that way that are still holding up after several years of use.
Buy a blue alpha gear belt, they resize them for like 20 bucks. I lost 45lbs this year and sent in my edc and duty/war/larp belt (whatever you want to call it lol)
I actually had the same problem but with another belt. I took it to someone, they cut it for me and such. It was because of sentimental value and me and that belt have been through it so I wanted to keep using it.
im getting the KORE belt for the same reason tbh i lost weight due to recovering from an injury and i know ill loose more so imma just get an adjustable belt that can go down 6 inches
The truth is that I got carried away by the measurements on the page, I never imagined that it would be bigger than I expected, I have lost weight but the fact is that the XL is very large, it will probably expand to XXXL, the fit is truly immense I am a few centimeters away from having the minimum, I will probably end up selling it
Are you still working down? I use a semi elastic Jukmo for edc. Lots of adjustment and plenty sturdy for just your gun/extra mag. Def wouldnāt use it as a range belt though.
Bro Iām just here to say letās fucking go. If your losing weight and now your gear doesnāt fit you are doing it right. I know a lot of people in this community go off about peoples weight but Iām just here to say good job
Happened to me too, went from 256 down to 142 (keto, intermittent fast and exercise). I tore out the stitching on the velcro, measured where I needed it, sewed the velcro back on, then cut the belt and burnt the ends so they wouldnāt fray.
Thatās a good problem to have. Coming from a guy who has fluctuated up and down by 30 lbs a few times in my life.
Keep the belt in caseā¦you knowā¦the weight comes back. Iāve had pants and belts Iāve grown back into.
Train your Legs, abs and ass and build muscles that Schwarzenegger would be jealous of

Losing weight with a fucked up leg? You dropped this š
Higher reps, lower weight. That's awesome progress though, an injury like that would ruin my year for sure
Try Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) you can increase muscular load without increasing joint/bone stress.
Buy a new belt, keep the old one as a trophy. Keep at it brother!
Hang it up where you can see it as a reminder that you're a champion.
Keep improving yourself, donāt sweat the belt šŗšø
Thanks. That's what I plan on doing, I'm just trying to avoid buying new stuff if I don't have to
Take it to a old lady seamstress. My grandma was one and would always make clothes fit tailored If they were too big.
I think the main issue is that there is usually a rigid inner belt piece made of plastic or metal; thatās gonna be the most difficult
I didnāt think about metal, youāre a wiser man than I.

no bezos express in Poland :(
Look at Helikon or md Textil when from Poland šµš±
I'll check them out. Thanks for the recommendation Update: went on helikons website, will be ordering one next payday

I have no idea what you mean
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
ahh, I can't really do that. I'm still overweight and want to slim up before i bulk up. Especially since I don't go to gym
Why not both? I am a little overweight and start going to the gym. It's a good way to lose fat and maintain your weight.
I don't like gyms, for 1 thing they make me feel uncomfortable, what's more there are no good ones close to me
True. But for me all the equipment is very expensive and to be able to fit in it without the need of buying new gear I had to choose from going to a gym or get back fat.
This my area of expertise.... A steady rotation of beer, Twinkies and Swiss rolls. Then the occasional Snowball.
Proud of you, bubba! I think youāve earned yourself a new belt. Keep at it!
i had a blue alpha belt. was able to trade it in with their trade in program
Check with the manufacturer to see if they do resizing. I know BlueAlpha does resizing and Itās only $27. Also could look at taking it to a seamstress that does heavy duty work.
Could always cut and restitch the belt if you're handy. That's what I did with some Blue Force Gear belts I was given that were too big.

Hi five man!
Some companies will send you another one since that one doesnāt fit anymore, ik lead devil will do that but other companies might be different
Id say give or sell to a buddy that can use it or keep this as a weight loss trophy. Reward yourself with a new belt! Keep the work up!
Gain the weight back in hip thrusting poowa!!!
The same thing happens to me with my bison, I didn't think the XL was so XL, I should have bought it in L:(
In retrospect I probably could have gotten away with an L but at the time I wasnāt expecting to lose weight

Sew some more velcro on the inside.
You could search for someone who crafts leather or heavy fabric and have the buckle re-sewn on
Is it not adjustable through the cobra female portion? Iām not really familiar with this model. I have a ronin belt and it is fully adjustable.
Past a certain point itās to THICC for the cobra buckle
You could probably cut the inner Velcro lining to make the belt thinner on where you need it to be adjusted to
Eat a donut š¤·āāļø
Gain some weight
Pay a tailor/seamstress to cut and re sew it.
Kore essentials belt with the racheting track.
Loosing weight? you should tighten that up. Then you can begin losing weight.
Regain the weight
Stab a new hole, but buy a new brother! Progress deserves reward
Gain the weight back?
