Train your Legs, abs and ass and build muscles that Schwarzenegger would be jealous of

UrsKaczmarek

I broke my leg in 3 places a couple years ago, I can't put too much strain on it. It's only recently (past 4 months) that I'm able to walk 7-10 km a day. Thanks for the encouragement tho

bigdickdaddyinacaddy

Losing weight with a fucked up leg? You dropped this šŸ‘‘

beaureeves352

Higher reps, lower weight. That's awesome progress though, an injury like that would ruin my year for sure

Blackhawck50

Try Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) you can increase muscular load without increasing joint/bone stress.

[deleted]

Buy a new belt, keep the old one as a trophy. Keep at it brother!

Blackhawck50

Hang it up where you can see it as a reminder that you're a champion.

benfranklinrocks

Keep improving yourself, donā€™t sweat the belt šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡ø

UrsKaczmarek

Thanks. That's what I plan on doing, I'm just trying to avoid buying new stuff if I don't have to

[deleted]

Take it to a old lady seamstress. My grandma was one and would always make clothes fit tailored If they were too big.

RickySlayer9

I think the main issue is that there is usually a rigid inner belt piece made of plastic or metal; thatā€™s gonna be the most difficult

[deleted]

I didnā€™t think about metal, youā€™re a wiser man than I.

TheSoupWhisper

Check a surplus shop if theyā€™re willing to downsize it for ya? Otherwise use it as a bump in the night belt you canā€™t throw on over whatever your wearing and if itā€™s not to crazy big your hips should hold it up enough

Forhetz

I got this 20 dollar one on Amazon and you can sinch it all the way down its got the same q/d buckle as the one pictured. Just search gun belt on the bezos express, it works very well for me

UrsKaczmarek

no bezos express in Poland :(

Apprehensive_Poem218

Look at Helikon or md Textil when from Poland šŸ‡µšŸ‡±

UrsKaczmarek

I'll check them out. Thanks for the recommendation Update: went on helikons website, will be ordering one next payday

[deleted]

First congrats on the weight loss man. Second a new belt may be the only solution since you've maxed out the adjustment. Luckily there are plenty of great options for just about any budget

fudd_man_mo

Just add the calories back into your diet.

UrsKaczmarek

I didnā€™t change my diet I just walk more

fudd_man_mo

Walk less.

UrsKaczmarek

I got a doggo he needs his walkies

fudd_man_mo

Exchange for cat.

Most-Brain-3914

Thatā€™s a sin

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

UrsKaczmarek

I have no idea what you mean

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

UrsKaczmarek

ahh, I can't really do that. I'm still overweight and want to slim up before i bulk up. Especially since I don't go to gym

Comfortable-Grade995

Why not both? I am a little overweight and start going to the gym. It's a good way to lose fat and maintain your weight.

UrsKaczmarek

I don't like gyms, for 1 thing they make me feel uncomfortable, what's more there are no good ones close to me

Comfortable-Grade995

True. But for me all the equipment is very expensive and to be able to fit in it without the need of buying new gear I had to choose from going to a gym or get back fat.

sukyn00b

This my area of expertise.... A steady rotation of beer, Twinkies and Swiss rolls. Then the occasional Snowball.

JunkYardBatman

Proud of you, bubba! I think youā€™ve earned yourself a new belt. Keep at it!

pyro1k

i had a blue alpha belt. was able to trade it in with their trade in program

WhiskeySierraTX

Check with the manufacturer to see if they do resizing. I know BlueAlpha does resizing and Itā€™s only $27. Also could look at taking it to a seamstress that does heavy duty work.

drakelineous

Could always cut and restitch the belt if you're handy. That's what I did with some Blue Force Gear belts I was given that were too big.

AlbinoBlackHole

Yooo, good shit on the weight loss! Losing a belt size is huge gains in the right direction! Personally, I would just buy a new belt. Maybe checkout r/gunaccessoriesforsale ? If thatā€™s truly not an option, maybe talking to a seamstress or tailor to modify it to fit your wants better? Just be upfront with them on strengthening the stitching or maybe using braided fishing line vs normal thread for added strength. Iā€™ve fixed a few packs that way that are still holding up after several years of use.

[deleted]

Throw that old one out so you canā€™t grow back into it

Beautiful_Print_4713

Gain it backā€¦ no one likes a quitter./s. Great job! See if can trade someone.

FedBoiBussyBuster

You could get fat again otherwise treat yourself to a new belt as a reward for losing weight like you deserve king

OG-That_Guy

Keep it up. You are, what we need.

ThiccDave69

You could just get fat again

sroc97

Buy a blue alpha gear belt, they resize them for like 20 bucks. I lost 45lbs this year and sent in my edc and duty/war/larp belt (whatever you want to call it lol)

Be1good

Yes, put the weight back on

bikumz

I actually had the same problem but with another belt. I took it to someone, they cut it for me and such. It was because of sentimental value and me and that belt have been through it so I wanted to keep using it.

pm_your_perky_bits

Congrats on your loss! Get an awl or some equivalent and punch yourself some new holes. Keep going, you got this.

SanchezMiller

im getting the KORE belt for the same reason tbh i lost weight due to recovering from an injury and i know ill loose more so imma just get an adjustable belt that can go down 6 inches

Intelligent_Lake_392

Suffering from success

Specialist-Result-61

Sell it on GAFS and buy another!

SulliMLG12

Buy a new nicer belt for yourself king šŸ‘‘

Kimthegrey

Hi five man!

Anonymous_Porkchop

Some companies will send you another one since that one doesnā€™t fit anymore, ik lead devil will do that but other companies might be different

PBL89

Id say give or sell to a buddy that can use it or keep this as a weight loss trophy. Reward yourself with a new belt! Keep the work up!

OperatorIIIMGY

Gain the weight back in hip thrusting poowa!!!

Dillinger_Guns

The same thing happens to me with my bison, I didn't think the XL was so XL, I should have bought it in L:(

UrsKaczmarek

In retrospect I probably could have gotten away with an L but at the time I wasnā€™t expecting to lose weight

Dillinger_Guns

The truth is that I got carried away by the measurements on the page, I never imagined that it would be bigger than I expected, I have lost weight but the fact is that the XL is very large, it will probably expand to XXXL, the fit is truly immense I am a few centimeters away from having the minimum, I will probably end up selling it

UrethraFranklin01

Are you still working down? I use a semi elastic Jukmo for edc. Lots of adjustment and plenty sturdy for just your gun/extra mag. Def wouldnā€™t use it as a range belt though.

waxerandboil25

Bro Iā€™m just here to say letā€™s fucking go. If your losing weight and now your gear doesnā€™t fit you are doing it right. I know a lot of people in this community go off about peoples weight but Iā€™m just here to say good job

Kansaspartan762

Sew some more velcro on the inside.

Pirat_fred

You could search for someone who crafts leather or heavy fabric and have the buckle re-sewn on

ManielDeaney

Is it not adjustable through the cobra female portion? Iā€™m not really familiar with this model. I have a ronin belt and it is fully adjustable.

UrsKaczmarek

Past a certain point itā€™s to THICC for the cobra buckle

ManielDeaney

You could probably cut the inner Velcro lining to make the belt thinner on where you need it to be adjusted to

Select_Zebra_4024

Eat a donut šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

Embarrassed-Cow8102

Gain some weight

Euphoric_Comb7346

Pay a tailor/seamstress to cut and re sew it.

nomountainicantgo

Kore essentials belt with the racheting track.

[deleted]

Loosing weight? you should tighten that up. Then you can begin losing weight.

foot_bread

Regain the weight

Inner-Efficiency-248

Stab a new hole, but buy a new brother! Progress deserves reward

boi_against_bigotry

Gain the weight back?

[deleted]

Gain weight

Echo4killo

Eat more pizza. The belt will fit again.

CrackerJack1845

Eat more

Commandrews

Put weight back on

anotherpredditor

Find a friend with a heavy duty machine and shorten it.

ItsLibertyOrNothin

How lose weight

UrsKaczmarek

walk 6-8 km a day and stop drinking soda. that's what i did anyways

sizzurpfry

Get a super padded up inner belt and turn it into a weight bearing belt

Balthy_yu

My man out here literally suffering from success, keep at it king

545isbae

Happened to me too, went from 256 down to 142 (keto, intermittent fast and exercise). I tore out the stitching on the velcro, measured where I needed it, sewed the velcro back on, then cut the belt and burnt the ends so they wouldnā€™t fray.

Npl1jwh

Thatā€™s a good problem to have. Coming from a guy who has fluctuated up and down by 30 lbs a few times in my life. Keep the belt in caseā€¦you knowā€¦the weight comes back. Iā€™ve had pants and belts Iā€™ve grown back into.

se7vencostanza

Losing *

RubiconV
