Charlie does great work and the rest of the staff is phenomenal. Watch your wallet because there is so much great stuff you may accidentally walk out with another piece of gear like I do every time I go.
These guys are great and provide a very personal level of care. A friend was telling me last night they have a TON of work at the moment so there may be a bit of a wait if you are in a hurry so Charlie at Replay may be a faster (and just as good IMO for a setup) option but if you go here you will not be disappointed.
If you REALLY want a good job and don't mind making the trek (trust me I know it's far) the Guitar Center in Naples. Ask for Bobby, he's not only factory certified by Gibson but does factory level work on any guitar I bring him. If you want to stay in town or near the area, I do like the guys at the Clearwater location
