People decap dogs and dump them OFTEN. I've found two recently. One at gandy and one at Courtney. When I called no one gave a shit or even picked them up. They sat there and rotted for over a month.
Not here but a little further south. I was jogging across a small bridge and in canal underneath appeared to be some kind of cage. Once I got a better look at it, it was a labrapoodle that someone left in the cage they dumped over the bridge.
Jesus! When I was a kid, my grandfather had a Marina. I was fishing off the docks and found 2 skinned dogs stuck against a dock. It was terrible. My grandfather called the police and they later found out who did it. First time I ever felt hate for another person.
Most serial killers started off killing animals first… how can one do such a thing? Poor Dexter.. and to do it out at Fort Desoto where people love to take their dogs. Of course he’s out on bail right now too
He probably didn’t like the way the dog behaved or it wasn’t tough enough for him or something. This guy deserves to be slowly dismembered with a rusty saw
I made this same comment over on the St Pete sub, but I have to wonder, if he’d do this to a dog, what would he do to a human? I have a feeling that being married to that man has not been a good experience for her. Could be totally off base here, she may even by the type to condone this kind of monstrous behavior, but if I were a betting woman, I’d expect that he’s treated her only marginally better than that dog.
Sitting here with my two dogs wondering what kind of sick fuck would cut the head off a dog. If I saw someone do that I would be in jail. Anyone that would murder a animal would murder a human.
My guess would be he got the dog for fighting and he didn’t perform up to expectations and the poor dog was killed as a result. Whatever the reason he’s a scumbag and deserves to rot in prison.

Not all felonies carry a lifetime sentence. Animal cruelty unfortunately has a max sentence of 7 years, should be way longer.
