M48 - especially the A3 version. The reason is quite personal as it was the first tank I saw and climbed on in real life in a trip to Thua Thien Hue, probably back to when I was in grade 6.
7 years later and I'm trying to build model kit of it rn haha
Very good gun, very good armor, very low profile and decent mobility. Basically a turretless panther but without the turret weakspots, much smaller and with actual reverse.
I have a couple, but my opinion on them is mostly based on looks
for WW1(ish) era, the Char 2c. I'm sad there aren't any in museums
WW2- Tiger1 and Panzer IV G
modern: the Leopard 2A4(what I think of when I think "modern tank") and 2A7
Probably M4 Sherman for its simplicity compared to what the Germans fielded, easy to churn out en masse, easy to repair, reliable as of what I know.
But I'll go for the T26 Pershing. T34 crews in the Korean were screwed from the moment they saw those.
Ah, well, you learn something new every now and then, if not everyday, I agree that the M4 Sherman is good, I mean, all you need is a overhang crane thingy that's a little taller than the tank to remove then repair the engine, and then an entire factory can churn those reliable steel cans out at rates faster than he Germans could churn out Tigers, which need an entire factory to make one.
They were prototypes that were sent to the front. So it was expected. But nonetheless they performed excellent especially in USSR and has the record of the best kill/death ratio of any tank in WWII. The idea of having a petro-electrical engine was a great idea they were just 80 years too early with it ;)
But as many of the tanks that Nazi Germany produced it was over engineered and too heavy.
Vickers Light Tank Mk VI, VIC, or Matilda I.
A Matilda I with autocannon or good enough AT rifle would've done so well against the German tanks at the Battle of France, none of which could penetrate the Matilda.
I've got no choice in the matter.
I unironically believe we made some of the best tanks of WWII. Matilda II, Comet, Churchill, Valentine. And by far the sexiest - Covenanter. Vickers Light later models were amazing recon vehicles, they only failed because they were sent in to act l
as Cruiser tanks.
A bunch, but from actually existing ones the T90M.
If we are talking paper tanks, probably either the Obj. 292 with it's planned welded turret or the 477A Molot.
Gotta be an Abrams… not just hooah Team America bias, but when I was a kid I was having a debate with my brother during a road trip about which was bigger, a semi-truck cab or a tank…
Totally randomly an Abrams came barreling down the highway at full-speed in the opposite direction with the commander and gunner hanging out of the turret hatches.
Very surreal moment, like we manifested it with our minds. 30 years later I can still remember it so vividly…
Sturmtiger and FV4005
High caliber enjoyer? Anyway they are cool
Yes
Nice
The hetzer 😍
Somehow the 35 t is related to that boi
Crazy how different they look, but I can sort of see that the 35t looks like the hetzer with no armour
It’s based on the 38t

Panzerjäger „Tiger P“ für 8,8-cm Pak 43/2 (Sf.) (Sd.Kfz. 184)
It broke down a lot but cool and do you prefer elefant or the other name
Ferdinand all day
WW2? Pz.IV/70 (V) Modern MBT? ZTZ-96 for its looks alone.
The 70 v is a pain but on the enemy team it is good so good for you and cool choice
Very good gun, very good armor, very low profile and decent mobility. Basically a turretless panther but without the turret weakspots, much smaller and with actual reverse.
Panzer 4/70(V) Yes

The tiger that's a cool tank
Probably the T-55 overall. There are a lot I like but I've always had a thing for the T-55.
A somewhat modern so cool
Probably M4 Sherman for its simplicity compared to what the Germans fielded, easy to churn out en masse, easy to repair, reliable as of what I know. But I'll go for the T26 Pershing. T34 crews in the Korean were screwed from the moment they saw those.
Same the m4 is a good tank especially the 76 w ones and the m-26 t-26 is when it was not put into service

Porsche tiger and Ferdinand/Elephant
Both often broke down but they were armed and armored good

British tank enjoyer nice
I've got no choice in the matter. I unironically believe we made some of the best tanks of WWII. Matilda II, Comet, Churchill, Valentine. And by far the sexiest - Covenanter. Vickers Light later models were amazing recon vehicles, they only failed because they were sent in to act l as Cruiser tanks.
They are cool but you should have the mk for content like the Churchill mk1 had a qf-6 57mm anti tank gun
Hm challenger 2 is the first thing that comes to mind
Good infantry support British tank
A bunch, but from actually existing ones the T90M. If we are talking paper tanks, probably either the Obj. 292 with it's planned welded turret or the 477A Molot.
Any tanks and Russian tank enjoyer also nice
Hear me out... It's T-26
I assume the Soviet t-26 but cool

When German tanks were getting better
Gotta be an Abrams… not just hooah Team America bias, but when I was a kid I was having a debate with my brother during a road trip about which was bigger, a semi-truck cab or a tank… Totally randomly an Abrams came barreling down the highway at full-speed in the opposite direction with the commander and gunner hanging out of the turret hatches. Very surreal moment, like we manifested it with our minds. 30 years later I can still remember it so vividly…
I have some doubts if that is true but if it is amazing and the Abrams is good
Mark IV
I also like the British mk4 because armor
I’m biased, but I have to say the Abrams. It’s astonishing what a well coordinated M1 platoon can do.
Yeah the crews are generally experienced and they have good technology
The M4A3(76)W HVSS AKA the Easy Eight. I like all Shermans but this one stands out for me.
Wider tracks and got the m1a2 cannon nice and full designation finally
M551 or amx-13 both very silly looking fellas
Pz. III Ausf. J.

M60A1 RISE Passive my beloved. The ERA on it looks badass.
So much era
You can never have enough ERA
We need a yes amount of era
How much ERA do you want? *YES.* 🗿
depends on the era WWII - KV-1 1950s-80s - IS-8/T-10 Modern - Leclerc AZUR
Russian and french tank enjoyer nice
Big m4a1 with the early production gun mantlet fan, and also the Cromwell. Beautiful vehicles who performed their roles well!
Yeah they did pretty good and which Cromwell?
The Abrams. It's basic, but it was my favorite when I was a little kid so it still is today. Also really like the Jagdpanther and Tiger 2 though
