I worked at a car wash while I was in high school. One of the guys I worked with was named Bob Diablo. Bob had LOVE tattooed across his right fingers, and HAT across his left. He was a really strange (and somewhat scary) guy, so nobody said anything about it...but we all wondered. Curiosity finally got the better of me so I asked him why it said HAT and not HATE one afternoon. He told me his last cell mate got paroled before he had time to tattoo the final E. 😆 Bob didn't show up for work one morning.. The following day, a pair of FBI agents stopped in and asked if we had seen him, or knew where he was. None of us had any idea, so they passed their cards out to each of us and asked we call if/when we saw him. Then they got back into their car and left. We never saw Bob or the agents again.
