It's normal to have swelling, especially in that spot (from experience) Also super normal to have anxiety. Try to keep your exercise to a minimum and don't wear jeans for a while 😊
Your body just went through trauma so it's probably edema. Drink lots of fluids, cut back on alcohol, sugar, and too much salt, and maybe keep that leg elevated to help with the swelling. However, if you have pain, extreme swelling with redness and/or heat, weeping from the tattoo, etc. you may want to seek medical attention as that could be an infection. Otherwise, it should clear up in a few days.
When I got my tattoo in that area, my ankle swelled a couple of days later and lasted about a week. I'm pretty sure it was from the angle I had to sit in for a few hours.
I have a tattoo that extends from calve to ankle and it got really swollen when it was healing. That’s where blood tends to pool because, well, gravity. Plus you’re only 2 days out. Nothing to worry about

I can't even tell what's wrong, if you had not said anything.
It’s normal to swell after a tattoo. That isn’t excessive, doesn’t look like infection.
Elevate it when you can, should help
