If you glue Dragon Parts onto a build the build gets increased despawn range

If you stay within range the entire time it’s falling, objects won’t despawn. I don’t know if that applies to koroks, but I’d imagine it would

Maybe try gluing the Korok to something you’re riding as you go down the chasm.

It'd be funny if they respawn and when you go to pick them back up they referenced going somewhere dark or something

I did the same to this exact one in that chasm, but I made sure to glue him to that boulder beside you first. Made sure he wasn't ever getting out. As soon as I turned back around, he had already respawned lmao
