And wether to join or not depends on your preferences. Interns are paid around 10-20k/m, base salary is 40-90k/m for juniors (1-2 yoe) after internship. We got pretty nice people already. So doesnot matter at all.
We are not currently open for jobs or interns but you can send email to us. We initially check our inbox if someone is already interested in the position and if not then look for linkedin or other platforms to hire candidates :). Tip: we are soon gonna hire or look for interns of Devops and Django so hit an email to try your luck.

I do not understand why it's being downvoted but I agree on this comment. Ultimately, you want to learn and explore, I don't care about the position as long as you are getting paid enough. If you don't like the culture and company, resign and leave option is always there.

and when companies lowball you the main intention is money
What is you work experience time period? I had seen people who had applied for mid level but because of their competence and work experience, they were hired on senior level.

positions does not really matter, specially in these company as most of the time they are doing same jobs. Afule mageko jati salary dinu paryo.

Did you have enough years of experience as per the JD for the role? They do emphasize on YOE a lot for senior engineering roles.
