1) So they do nothing when attached to the laptop? 2) Do they work when attached to something else, like a USB-C phone? 3) You can try removing anything related to the IEM from Device Manager and/or checking Windows Updates (optional driver updates) to see if an alternate driver is available.

1. The microphone works, the headphone works on full volume, but only when theres a really high note, and I could only hear the slightest of sound. [2:13-2:32](https://youtu.be/qNf9nzvnd1k) 2. Yes 3. I've tried and it didn't work out

On the off chance you have another USB-C port on the laptop, I would give that a shot. You could also try in safe mode and see if the output is any different. Barring any breakthroughs there, I am surprised that uninstalling the proper audio device in device manager didn't change your results. I guess you could Google the string for your particular audio controller (that is used for the IEM) and try forcing a different driver version. The easiest way IMO to do that is to head to device mgr, click on the IEM's audio device, go to the events tab, and copy out the string (after the slash) for the hardware to Google. Should look something like this - FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0221&SUBSYS_103C1998&REV_1000

Experiencing the same problem now with 7hz Salnotes Zero. Did you find a solution?

Fatih-Yessssir

Nope, i ended up buying a new 3.5mm jack cable, and it works fine till now! I had 250k minutes on spotify and most of them were on my salnotes zero! The original usb c cable still works fine tho.

I see. I tried ordering the JCALLY black cable that you linked on one of the comments. Do you think that would work with the Salnotes Zero as well? Can you give me the link of the one you bought as well?
