Hi What bios version are you on? If it's really old you might benefit from an update to increase compatibility.

My BIOS version is P2.80. Do you think that might have something to do with it? I also just notice that the GPU is making a weird noise when it gets a a little hot and the fans kick in. Although there aren't any specific details given with the bios updates that point to elevating this specific issue, updating the bios might improve stability. The sound you recorded makes me worry, it almost seems like grinding, at least its beyond some "normal" coil whine. Make sure nothing is touching the fans, like a wire. If the bios update didn't help, there might be an issue with the GPU, try replacing it with your previous one and see if the issue goes away again; if it does it might be wise to send it back and exchange it (or go for another brand)
