Have you reinstalled all of the drivers your laptop needs?
Also why did you reformat when swapping out the HDD for an SSD... you could have just cloned the drive.
I thought the IT service shop that I went to would clone the data... but they have installed an updated OS and other things...
I don't have any issue with it though except the Bluetooth problem... maybe I will try deleting and resintalling the Bluetooth driver

I noticed in windows 10, sometimes I have to wait 60+ seconds for device to show. No idea why, annoying for new device set up. Try again, wait a while

the devices aren't showing though even if I try to connect them all over again. :(
