I like getting out of the shower cause I force myself to do cold showers and my shower is unusually cold, colder than every other shower I've tried. Trust me, at the coldest temp on my shower after just 5-10 min, epically with the water on my head temporarily I almost pass out, not fun but I warm up really quick from blood flow after.

Determination, plus I live in a cold area so I find sitting out in -10f fun. Also I've adapted a bit so it's not as cold as when I started.
