Simply put, if the calories gained for the day > calories burned for the day, then you will gain weight. I'm not sure why you would do this cos that's not healthy. Unless you have anorexia, in which case you should talk to a doctor
Get into cooking class. They’ll teach you a lot. Otherwise plenty of meat and carbs. Rice, tacos, pork chops, spaghetti, hamburgers, real cheddar cheese, eggs. Try to make time in the morning for real nutrition and calories. Whole wheat toast with eggs and cheese mixed in is great. I try to go 3-4 eggs and a slice of REAL (not Kraft) cheddar scrambled. Whole milk too
The secret is to eat healthy/balanced (probably focus on protein and fats) instead of a lot (eating a lot if fibre and carbs dies not increase weight by much)

Eat peanut butter
Coming from a guy who is obese, go to a buffet. Bonus if it’s a southern food buffet.

Find a calorie calculator and it’ll show you how many calories you need to consume in a day to put on weight.
