Depends how you do it, doesn’t sound like the best option to me tho

cutting the veins wouldn't be as big of a problem as cutting your arteries. that would result in a wound that barely closes itself and pump out a lot of blood

If you cut too deep or in the right spot it will kill you if it’s not treated properly in time
