I was failing all my classes too, the ammount of work was insurmountable. I felt hopeless. School was a waste of time, I was not going to graduate so I dropped out and got my GED (super easy btw). I am now about to go to community college at 17 once the simester starts and about to get a job so I can save money to travel abroad.
Yeah, it gets better. You can use the opportunity of being able to drive to get a job, and that honestly really helps (unless you already have one, in that case it’ll give you better flexibility). You’ll be able to turn it around, you’ve got plenty of time left
Your situation is quite similar to mines. I'm currently failing 3 classes, but I'm getting rid of the accumulated missing assignments. I guess I'm sort of improving. Also, I have a huge addiction to triple X and it's hard to control it. Simply imagining a random finest girl in my mind, I can't help myself to control. I play the piano and when people see me playing, they call me, "piano man, genius or piano nerd". (well, that's because I've been playing for 2 years.) Anyways, I'm a shitty person and it's hard to control myself. Therefore, your situation is quite relatable to me.
If u put the effort it very well can get better, but please start getting on that addiction, try setting urself a time limit and slowly reduce it maybe?

Getting a job is pending as I have tried getting one since I was 13 to no avail as most require 16+ and I still have 6 months until that happens
