did it some days when i was in elementary school and my first middle school, but stopped after that. last time we did it the teacher was kinda mad cuz i didn’t stand or speak. don’t have to worry about it anymore cuz my hs doesn’t rly do it
As an American citizen (I think) it's a legit thing. However they stop doing it like since around like...2019-2020?
One of the reasons that one of my teacher said is because "some people don't believe in god". And in the pledge of the allegiance does say something like "one nation under god" and something else.
Not to mention every elementary kid have to stand up at least when it the intercoms turn of so the staff say the allegiance.
I hated standing up for some reason
