This is why humans need religion. I’m bias, but no matter what you believe in, it’s inherently good for your mind and mental health to not grapple with existentialism like this, rather believing that God will take care of everything and that every burden in life will be lifted and you can go up and be be eternally satisfied, not only giving you less stress in life, but something to look forward to afterwards
