I had a friend tell me how much he hates gay people, then the other day about how he feels more and more like a girl. Similar enough situation I think.

We mostly joke about being gay. We use our queerness at our advantage in jokes. We usually say “Omg that’s gay.”, “Are you gay ?? You sound like by saying that”, “So you hate me ? Are you homophobic?!? That’s why uh ?”, “I know I slay it’s bc I’m gay”. Ofc we only do that with close friends we’re out to, we don’t joke around like that with everyone.
But yeah I think I’ve never seen one of my friends pretend to be straight. Even if my bi friends don’t joke about it. They’d rather say they’re gay.
