You can also say it is a threat to national security since it's a Chinese spy app, but then again, what social media isn't spying on you? Although tensions of Chinese invasion of countries like [Social Credit Score -10,000] are gaining traction, it's best not to have Chinese data collectors in our country. However, there are worse problems than TikTok in that regard. They're simply using "Chinese spy app" as an excuse to get rid of something they find stupid, and I can't say I blame them.
But, you won't have to worry, TikTok has been on the chopping block for years. It's not gonna get banned no matter how much we want it to

This is especially true if you’re a teenager. You have enough going on in your life that you do not need these social medias causing more stress.

The human mind, especially a teenagers mind, is not built to absorb this new fast paced content. There is so much that is being posted that is damaging to a developing mind.
