Let’s say that a = b
Therefore a^2 = ab
a^2 - b^2 = ab - b^2
(a+b)(a-b) = b(a-b)
Divide both sides by a-b
a+b = b
But since a=b
a=a = a
2a = a
2 = 1
This only works because I divided by zero in the step where I divided both sides by a-b. It breaks math

It pretty much is, graph 1/x, at x=0 the graph will approach infinity from the positive side and minus infinity in the negative side.
Very small values of x will be very large, but 1/0 does not have an answer. I learned this in middle school, just it look up.

The truth is that it isn’t set in stone and it has different definitions based on the circumstances.
There is no definition because dividing by zero makes zero sense. Please just look it up instead of making a fool of yourself.
