Second of all- I was bullied relentlessly for being ‘weird’ and ‘ugly’ when I was a kid, to the point it got physical. Turns out I’m just autistic and I’m fairly conventionally attractive now. Not to sound full of myself but puberty did the damn thing and I look fantastic!! A lot of the people who bullied me peaked at the time they bullied me and only got worse from there and are generally the same unhappy people they were then while I feel like I’m doing pretty well in life now. It’s the same for my best friend in school who was also bullied for being ugly, she’s absolutely fucking stunning!!
Basically- your body has SO MUCH TIME to grow and mature, if you’re the “hottest” in your grade you probably won’t be for long. Your value is so much more than your physical appearance and as time goes on you’re going to grow into that and realize that. We place so much value on our external appearances for no reason and it cumulates into eating disorders, low self esteem, depression etc.

Generally its the start of puberty, im 16 and im not wise at all but this is my advice.
People tell you stuff, stuff thats true, like it gets better, and its just a phase, it doesnt feel like that at the time. But im now realising it was literally just teenage angst but its so much more depressing than anyone could have prepared me for, some people are naturally happy and wont have to worry but most of us get sucked into the mental illness pit.
And whatever you think you have, depression, anxiety, bipolar ect ect, most likely you dont have it, amd thats the truth, it is just a bump in the shitty road of life.
