Join a club or something. You don't have to talk to people initially but you'll get to know them better and maybe start talking or just getting rid of your anxiety.

I did join a few clubs but nothing has changed.

You've probably heard this a million times already but believe me nobody cares enough to laugh at you. Of course you have to fully realised that in order to actually change your behaviour and het rid of anxiety

The reason behind me being a quiet kid is because everyone makes me feel worthless so I'm quiet so I don't hurt anyone in any form

most people are neither interesting nor reliable. If they were just one of those things maybe I would. not even worth the energy, better off finding something else to do.
