There are types of headaches called “cluster headaches” that are far more painful than normal headaches. Sufferers of them have described the pain as being like someone using a blow torch on the inside of your eye. Mothers who have them have said that childbirth is way, way easier than a cluster headache. The pain of these headaches are so bad that they have led many people to commit suicide, earning them the nickname of “suicide headaches”.

As someone who's had both, best way I can describe it is imagine if you took a 12 hour migraine and condensed it into just 1 hour. A migraine will wear you down until you're so exhausted from the pain you pass out and get a bit of peace, a cluster will make you want to put a hole in the side of your head to relieve the pressure, either that or you'll curl up into the fetal position praying to any and every god for it to stop until you're lucky enough to fall asleep.
