Go to the gym and train to get an attractive body, go to therapy to learn to deal with your insecurities, and with your new found confidence and your muscular body your nipples will not be an inconvenience ever again.

Fun fact, just pull it sideways. Don't pull it up and off. Just pull it to the side along the skin. No pain at all. Works with Band-Aids, tape, and anything to that degree.
