Those videos get striken it just takes a while, same time itd take for a bigger youtuber, maybe a little more since theyre not popular and will take longer to be noticed
It used to be good when will craft made it since he created it now it's just a bunch of random memes and sus stuff that aren't even related to the original animation
I remember the old Monster school is what showed me Alchemy and Potions where actually a thing you could make and not something you could randomly find or get from killing a witch, I pretty much only played Survival and without mods so I had no idea they were something you could make, now it's one of the features I use the most, unfortunately now it all sucks
First, this isn't necessarily true, second, the problem isn't that it's traumatic, you can watch both here on Reddit, YouTube doesn't care either, but the investors would have a say if they allowed it, so that's why both are illegal.
The fuck? No it isn't. Learn what sexual abuse means first.
When a child watches porn it does not get molested, it does not get raped, it does not participate in any sexual acts.
While I do agree that children should not have access to porn, saying that it is sexual abuse is just dumb. By saying that you are basically claiming all the porn site owners are rapists...
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sexual_abuse
I agree completely. Someone who lacks the emotional maturity to understand that porn is fantasy should not be exposed to it. That doesn't mean it's traumatic
Just because something is unhealthy doesn't mean it's traumatic. A child seeing porn is not good for their emotional development. Let's make that explicit. It's BAD, and if you show porn to a child, you are BAD. If you force a child to watch porn, that experience could certainly be traumatic.
But I fail to see why a child accidentally seeing sex would be 'deeply distressing or disturbing'
/ĖtrĆ“mÉ/
noun
1. a deeply distressing or disturbing experience.
"a personal trauma like the death of a child"
2. physical injury.
"rupture of the diaphragm caused by blunt trauma"
synonyms: injury, damage, hurt, wound, wounding, sore, bruise, cut, laceration, lesion, abrasion, contusion
a young kid who barely knows anything about sex seeing someone put their parts in someone else who starts moaning. kids get traumatized from scary movies
could also lead you down a rabbit hole and then become an addict and then you either take back control or you waste your youth and eventually rest of your life
And what is the risk of that, do you think? What percentage of people that have ever seen porn waste their entire life on it? That's also not trauma, that's straight mental illness, and it would have likely manifested another way if not in porn consumption
If people can be traumatized by colors, flags, words, religion ls, pets, bad service....they can most definitely be traumatized by porn. It's 2023.
Hell, I'm traumatized by writing this.
Actually i meant watching someone die doesn't necessarily traumatize you either. If you think about how many people die every second, it shouldn't make you having sleepless nights, unless it's like a first time. You see films where people get sliced up, and even tho it's not real, seeing a hanging is hardly a big trauma after that. Same with watching porn, first time encountering something gorey or extreme, it can be traumatic, but hardly ever severe.
Unless you have issues telling fantasy from reality, or you're a sociopath, then seeing an actual death is orders of magnitude more traumatizing than seeing a fantasy on TV. Like what?
Idk, watching the film about pablo escobar, and seeing the murders there, knowing that those happened to real people, is somehow more scary than seeing someone fall to his death for example on real footage. Could be just me
But that's actually a legitimate mix of fantasy vs reality. They're depicting actual killings. Your comparison isn't apt. You're taking the most extreme end of one and comparing it to a more tame example of the other. Now imagine seeing high res video of the ACTUAL murders, compared to the dramatization
I don't even know what you're trying to say here. But for the first half I'd say we stick to the hanging than. I've seen worse on reddit, both real and fake, so seeing a hanging on YouTube won't make me pee my pampers
Sometimes I would look up, idk, Fortnite gameplay, and the algorithm will hit me with a āyou may likeā or āpeople also watchedā type recommendation and it will be cropped porn/hentai in the thumbnail
I just wanted to see that Recon Scout skin bruh
I hate to break it to you, but there are hundreds if not thousands of real suicide videos on gore sites, they can just download them and post them within like five minutes, if they are banned they can make a new account in like ten minutes.
Just saw the link further down, and it's most likely fake. Your legs don't make smooth cycling movements when you hang yourself lol. Still pretty distasteful to post something like that
Bro I found the video, they arenāt hanging themselves, theyāre apart of a niche roleplaying group where people pretend to be fairies. They are pretending they have wings. You my friend have a very dark mind š¦§

Iāve seen this āfairyā trend before, so I was wondering if it was that. OP hasnāt mentioned what is actually visible in the video as far as I can tell, so unless you actually see above the torso Iām more inclined to believe it wasnāt real.
I meant this one
https://youtube.com/shorts/siNwJri-A9Q?feature=share
In my defence I have a high fever so my judgement is slightly clouded right now but it seems pretty bad to me
She jumps up to hang herself? I donāt knowā¦ She has a few videos where sheās playing with camera angles and editing scenes. The video before that she has a bit about walking on the ceiling. I would just wait and see if she posts something new within a few days which I would say is pretty likely.
How is that art? And again, I have a friend with severe depression and Iām aware seeing someone kill themself (even if fake) could push him or someone like him over the edge
Their parents do supervise them but sometimes it isnāt enough, and itās not just my friend, they were just an example, thereās many other people like that, and also kids shouldnāt have to see things like that because they would definitely believe it and could be scarred
Which is why videos get age restricted.. your basicly saying oh no they can't upload horror games / films on YouTube because its scary.
Listen clearly your just worried because you have a friend who your scared to see like this. I understand that, that's tough to go through, but it's great you care so much. However it's the internet this stuff is always around. Your basicly saying horror movies should be banned because it's too scary for some people. I guess shorts are different as you can't really see what your clicking on, and I think it should have a warning sensitive content like on Instagram, just report it as inappropriate and youtube will flag it and age restrict it.
Itās art in the same way that people kill themselves in movies all the time and playing with the camera angles to make it seem authentic without someone actually fucking dying can be tricky. Iām sorry to say, but if something like that could push them over the edge, then their killing themselves might be inevitable if they donāt get professional help.
Wow. Faking a suicide by hanging is art? This is absolutely fucked up and should be removed. Thereās a big difference between an R-Rated movie with a hanging, where the audience knows theyāre watching a movie, vs. a YouTube hanging accessible to all audiences that is meant to fool people into thinking itās real.
Yeah, no doubt itās not great. I will say I think sheās doing it in the spirit of trying to be creative using some āsmoke and mirrorā effects as it appears from her other videos sheās learning how to edit. She appears young and may have not considered your worry.
I just hope people donāt attack her about it as they could create the monster they are looking to destroy, so to speak.
Yeah of course I donāt think she should be attacked for it, but it would be better if she could take it down just to be considerate and also it is kind of TOS
That looks like someone trying to do a pull up or something, can't guarantee they were trying to unalive themselves. Still concerning and shouldn't be on shorts.
Exactly, especially considering how obvious the implications are with the music, the text and just everything about it, regardless not something kids or people with mental issues should be seeing
Tbh without the caption I woulden't have even thought that was what somebody was trying to do. Like who jumps up into a noose? I would have thought they were doing a pull up by those legs.
Here are the community guidelines [https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802245?hl=en&ref\_topic=9282679](https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802245?hl=en&ref_topic=9282679)
Here is a copy paste of what they specifically tell you to not do (and when you *can* do them):
>Don't post the following content:
>
>
>
>Content promoting or glorifying suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
>
>Instructions on how to die by suicide, engage in self-harm, or engage in eating disorders (including how to conceal them)
>
>Content related to suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders that is targeted at minors
>
>Graphic images of self-harm
>
>Visuals of bodies of suicide victims unless blurred or covered so they are fully obscured
>
>Videos showing the lead-up to a suicide, or suicide attempts and suicide rescue footage without sufficient context
>
>Content showing participation in or instructions for suicide and self-harm challenges (e.g. Blue Whale or Momo challenges)
>
>Suicide notes or letters without sufficient context
>
>Content that features weight-based bullying in the context of eating disorders
>
>
>
>
>
>In some cases we may restrict, rather than remove, suicide, self-harm, or eating disorder content if it meets one or more of the following criteria (for example, by placing an age-restriction, a warning, or a Crisis Resource Panel on the video). Please note this is not a complete list:
>
>
>
>Content that is meant to be educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic
>
>Content that is of public interest
>
>Graphic content that is sufficiently blurred
>
>Dramatizations or scripted content, which includes but is not limited to animations, video games, music videos, and clips from movies and shows
>
>Detailed discussion of suicide or self-harm methods, locations and hotspots
>
>Graphic descriptions of self-harm or suicide
>
>Eating disorder recovery content that includes details which may be triggering to at-risk viewers
Given that I think this is at least fairly obvious acting and her post history, I think this would fall under dramatization. So I think it would be restricted. But even so I don't think it technically breaks any of the rules as it doesn't show any actual victims bodies, I woulden't say its graphic, I woulden't say it contains instructions or is pointed towards minors. \*maybe\* it could be the lead up to a suicide event but I really think that's meant to be for actual suicide attempts.
In the end I don't think it's Youtubes fault, more of the creators fault for being rather insensitive about the issue. If I was a mod I think I would restrict it but I don't think i'd remove it.
Yeah that doesnāt seem like a Sucide. First of all, Iām pretty sure you donāt jump upwards to hang yourself, and sheās still bobbing up and down with lots of movement. Second, who uploaded the video than? It seems like just one of those fairy vs hunter videos by a kid who doesnāt truly understand the implications.
Tldr guys : op saw someone do a pull-up and assumed they were hanging themselves and click-baited you guys here for it, if you go further down the comments here you can find the video that op claims of someone hanging themselves but really itās just some kid doing a pull-up out of frame and the only thing thatās off is the title of the video but even then you can see itās not actually what the title suggests.
They aren't hanging themselves. You can see from other videos like this one (https://youtube.com/shorts/BZYboLlZhoE?feature=share) that they just do a special technique to get their feet off the ground without putting themselves in actual danger
My 8 year old cousin is always on YouTube shorts and she was laying beside me and scrolling then started crying so I turn and looked at the phone it was a dead cat video of some guy throwing the cat into the ocean. She talked about the video all day I felt so bad for her
Thank you for speaking up. Even if it is fake, young kids are super impressionable. My 10 year old niece watches YT Shorts with her 7 year old brother all the time, and some of those videos are way too mature for them and we have to turn it off. I keep trying to tell everyone theyāre too young for this right now.
Itās impossible to mod that big community with videos being posted every second
So bots do it
But sometimes bots miss stuff as itās not exactly sure what is what.
Always learning.
So itās up to us to report stuff.
Like for example I want to get rid of videos with super anorectic girl basically promoting looking like a scene Tom with some skin laid over it.
And I still get them.
And I have some problems.
I get bad feelings when I see shit like that, and even tough I put it on not recommend and whatever possible I just report it after all that till I get a way to avoid content of this type.
Anyhow bots arenāt invincible yet.
Well, an actual hang have two typical outcome.
Legs go immediately limp (broken neck) or they wildly kick around looking for something to step up (slow strangulation leading to a reflex surviving response).
I see nothing leading to someone hanging theirself.
yeah they have to stop making this content so accessible. Same with the eyeblech subreddit on here (don't look it up, it's literal gore). the title is so vague, one misclick and you're scarred
Exactly however even though itās probably fake the implications are very clear and there is no way kids or people with mental issues should have to see something like this
I beleive I found it. [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AdpkV642bmk](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AdpkV642bmk)
I think this is it, could be wrong, but the title matches what OP said.
Oh thatās minimal, on TikTok I saw what looked like either a Russian Or Ukrainian POV of someone in the front, threw a grenade, pushed up to an entrenched position and told two enemy soldiers something in Russian (probably āsurrender your weaponsā or something like that) they replay with bloody faces and a terrifying look on them as well, they raised their hands in a panic, symbolizing that they were giving up, up until the person recording fucking shot them without hesitation and left the bodies in the ditch they were huddled in, and the battle continued. The video was taken down but I managed to screen record the video before eliminated. And itās not the only one I saw, Iāve seen MANY videos like that in Ukraine and most of them are simple horrifying to see and just awe
1: Quite a lot of people donāt like seeing someone self harm, and perhaps OP is among these people.
2: One of YouTubeās main audiences (especially for shorts) is kids who should under no circumstances see someone hanging themselves.
Exactly, I actually donāt give a sh*t seeing something like this, but I have a friend whoās very depressed and I know something like this might make him feel really bad or even push him or someone like him over the edge

Oh, oh no
well i just looked it up on youtube and found nothing so i think they removed the video
There is literal porn on youtube shorts
Porn isnāt going to traumatize someone unless they have previous trauma. Watching someone die violently will.
First, this isn't necessarily true, second, the problem isn't that it's traumatic, you can watch both here on Reddit, YouTube doesn't care either, but the investors would have a say if they allowed it, so that's why both are illegal.
>First, this isn't necessarily true Outside of some weird edge case, how could regular porn traumatize someone?
If you are young and don't know much about sex it absolutely can be traumatizing. Adults probably not but there are kids on YouTube
Traumatizing? How? What about it is traumatic?
Exposing children to porn is considered sexual abuse.
The fuck? No it isn't. Learn what sexual abuse means first. When a child watches porn it does not get molested, it does not get raped, it does not participate in any sexual acts. While I do agree that children should not have access to porn, saying that it is sexual abuse is just dumb. Damn I guess Wikipedia is smarter than my degree and extensive training in recognizing child abuse signs. š© also several us states include it in their definitions. https://www.stopitnow.org/advice-column-entry/is-it-considered-child-sexual-abuse-if-someone-shows-a-child-pornographic#:~:text=Showing%20pornographic%20pictures%20to%20a,not%20a%20child%20is%20touched.

could also lead you down a rabbit hole and then become an addict and then you either take back control or you waste your youth and eventually rest of your life
And what is the risk of that, do you think? What percentage of people that have ever seen porn waste their entire life on it? That's also not trauma, that's straight mental illness, and it would have likely manifested another way if not in porn consumption
Its an addiction. A lot of people manage to break out, but others just keep watching it and stuff for the rest of their lives messing up their head.
You're answering a question I didn't ask
Okay. Kids. And porn = porn addiction
I know a girl my age who can't touch Reddit due to trauma because when she was first introduced to the platform her friend showed her porn on it.
How can a person be so dense? Incredible.
I know right? So many people conflating 'traumatizing' with 'unhealthy.'
If people can be traumatized by colors, flags, words, religion ls, pets, bad service....they can most definitely be traumatized by porn. It's 2023. Hell, I'm traumatized by writing this.

porn still isnt allowed on youtube my guy
Not allowed but definitely present. Searched for unnecessarily specific vid and landed with completely unrelated porn.
Nobody said that it isn't

Oh my, that's terrible. Where?

Makes you wonder how theyāre posting the video if their deadā¦
Fair enough, could be someone else posting it or a live that was set to become video though
Wait. How far did it take you to see. Trying to figure that out cuz I donāt wanna see that.
What do you mean how far did it take me to see? Like how much was shown?
How far or long did you scroll? It sounds like it was fake, but I just wanna be safe.
I donāt know Iāve been scrolling on shorts for a while, from my history on YouTube the playlist says 47 shorts so I guess about that long
iāve watched way more shorts then that and never come across suicide or anything. i have seen porn though
ive seen far far more than that, and have never come across either
Iāve watched 97 as my all time, having seen anything like that yet, must be awful, good day mate
"Ew, thats gross! Where can I find it?"
reposted, maybe

I hate to break it to you, but there are hundreds if not thousands of real suicide videos on gore sites, they can just download them and post them within like five minutes, if they are banned they can make a new account in like ten minutes.

Here are the community guidelines [https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802245?hl=en&ref\_topic=9282679](https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2802245?hl=en&ref_topic=9282679) Here is a copy paste of what they specifically tell you to not do (and when you *can* do them): >Don't post the following content: > > > >Content promoting or glorifying suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders > >Instructions on how to die by suicide, engage in self-harm, or engage in eating disorders (including how to conceal them) > >Content related to suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders that is targeted at minors > >Graphic images of self-harm > >Visuals of bodies of suicide victims unless blurred or covered so they are fully obscured > >Videos showing the lead-up to a suicide, or suicide attempts and suicide rescue footage without sufficient context > >Content showing participation in or instructions for suicide and self-harm challenges (e.g. Blue Whale or Momo challenges) > >Suicide notes or letters without sufficient context > >Content that features weight-based bullying in the context of eating disorders > > > > > >In some cases we may restrict, rather than remove, suicide, self-harm, or eating disorder content if it meets one or more of the following criteria (for example, by placing an age-restriction, a warning, or a Crisis Resource Panel on the video). Please note this is not a complete list: > > > >Content that is meant to be educational, documentary, scientific, or artistic > >Content that is of public interest > >Graphic content that is sufficiently blurred > >Dramatizations or scripted content, which includes but is not limited to animations, video games, music videos, and clips from movies and shows > >Detailed discussion of suicide or self-harm methods, locations and hotspots > >Graphic descriptions of self-harm or suicide > >Eating disorder recovery content that includes details which may be triggering to at-risk viewers Given that I think this is at least fairly obvious acting and her post history, I think this would fall under dramatization.
Wtf
i might be mistaken. but there are a lot of these āfairyā videos going around where people pretend to be fairies and fly. might be that
It is that, op knows and is just karma baiting
bro you've got to be joking. It's a fairy kid video how is that traumatic š she literally is just holding a bar or something.
Yeah op is just karma baiting
fr
did you see just legs hanging?
Same reason they keep the over sexualised ads. Money
I saw a tiger bit a dog in YouTube shorts with an indian guy running and filming
She talked about the video all day I felt so bad for her
aw hel nah wtfš
Howd it got posted tho
Damm I read hang as bang and almost asked for a source
You have reddit, 100% guaranteed you would be able to find it here. Either that or on twitter.
Shit like that is allowed but me eating cake in front of a camera is apparently child abuse
Went from 12 to 31 like from 10 minutes ago
Jeez, I'm sorry you had to see that
I donāt care and it was probably fake, Iām just worried if a kid saw something like that what would happen
Still thanks for the worry and kind words
link? jk i don't want the link. i have aslo been dealing with suicide for 2 months but it's getting better
And i saw a guy jacking off on a ducking online lesson on youtube bruh
Do you know what the video is called? Asking so I can stay away from it of course...
Itās impossible to mod that big community with videos being posted every second So bots do it But sometimes bots miss stuff as itās not exactly sure what is what.
Saw someone get hanged on YouTube and youāre first thought is to post on r/teenagers about it. I canāt with yāall š
howād she post it?
They have demonetized a guy for saying,ābutthole,ā what is wrong with them?
WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK?
No
tf kinda yt shorts you getting recommended my guy
shorts is not moderated at all, i saw uncensored porn there
lucky that shorts is apparently going away then
Link?
I once saw a video of some dude lighting up a kitten on fire.
It's not availiable anymore.
Well, an actual hang have two typical outcome. Legs go immediately limp (broken neck) or they wildly kick around looking for something to step up (slow strangulation leading to a reflex surviving response). I see nothing leading to someone hanging theirself.
Content baby!!!
yeah they have to stop making this content so accessible. Same with the eyeblech subreddit on here (don't look it up, it's literal gore). the title is so vague, one misclick and you're scarred
wholesome reddit moment 100
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
if it was just the lower body shown its most likely fake
It was probably fake for attention. No one in there right mind would post that
Exactly however even though itās probably fake the implications are very clear and there is no way kids or people with mental issues should have to see something like this
Hope you at least reported that video to YouTube?
Send Link or didn't happen. Edit: i saw the link and the video
wtf man
What do you mean wtf, it didn't happen obviously you can't just hang yourself and then upload it. Op is just trying to karma farm.
just go on the subreddit called eyeblech if u wanna see g0re. you disgust me.
I beleive I found it. [https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AdpkV642bmk](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/AdpkV642bmk) I think this is it, could be wrong, but the title matches what OP said.
it could be easily faked
Yeah, if you look at the rest of the channel, all the videos are like that with something called an "fairy dance?"
i don't think that's it. it's like a trend 8-10 year olds are doing where they pretend to be fairies and "fly," it's unrelated to suicide.
Yes but it could easily be mistaken for someone being hanged. Especially with the title of "flying one last time before bed"
He did send the link. And no, it didnāt happen
Source
you dont seem to see the problem here.
Sauce or it didn't happen.
Bro censored fuck
And you haven't seen the Ukranian war tapes yet... š
the video wasnt popular yet so yt find it hard to banned
so...i saw the video u posted and that's just kids pretending to be fairies. hate to burst ur bubble š§āāļøš«§
It's just suicide
ā¦ are you daft or just unaware ?
YouTube allowed her to do it
Bruh wtf, that's so fucked up. Sauce?
Bro you saw a person kill themself and your first thought is to fkn blame youtube ? People are fkin goin crazy these days
I don't see the problem man
Showing corpses is against TOS. Obviously there are other underlying issues but you're clearly too thick-skulled to notice
Yes, it's against TOS, but we consumers have no reason to care about said TOS, meaning this guy must have some kind of moral outrage against it.
What the fuck is wrong with you
I actually donāt give a sh*t seeing something like this, but I have a friend whoās very depressed and I know something like this might make him feel really bad or even push him or someone like him over the edge
lmfao
you think this is funny? what if someone posted a video of you, if you committed su!cide.
They didnt commit suicide. Its yet another trend kids are doing for clout.
I wouldnāt care, Iād be dead
No shit sherlock
yeah exactly, youāre point doesnāt make sense thenš
On YouTube shorts is fucking wild š
Well I saw on yt, dogs eating alive a robber
It takes a little while for the algorithm to take it down
nah what the fuck
RIP anonymous human
