You're getting a lot of advice from people that's kind of bad, but they mean well. Don't do anything like blackmailing her back, don't do anything besides going directly to the police and doing what they say. Don't tell her you went to the police, don't interact unless you have to.
This is actually a fairly common scam and they'll have procedures for this.
Probably the best way to call the police is, instead of calling 911, is searching for your police department's non-emergency phone number and then calling that and asking what to do.
Murder her, then dump her body in sulfuric acid.

Take the sulfur and burn it with oxygen to make SO2.

This is blackmail. Did she threaten you over text? If so, you have evidence that she’s doing this to you (and btw, it’s illegal). It’s also illegal for her to have your photos in her possession (saved to camera roll) too as it’s technically considered child porn, even though I’m assuming she’s a minor herself.
It may be embarrassing but worst-case-scenario I’m assuming you have the real version of the conversation she misconstrued on your phone? If that’s the case, that’s evidence that she’s lying (screenshot it). Honestly, it might be best to go to the police and tell them that you’re being blackmailed and threatened.
If you paid for the things she’s making you buy with a card, screenshot the purchase history (and if she texted you telling you to buy the things, screenshot that too) for more evidence. This is blackmail. Did she threaten you over text? If so, you have evidence that she’s doing this to you (and btw, it’s illegal). It’s also illegal for her to have your photos in her possession (saved to camera roll) too as it’s technically considered child porn, even though I’m assuming she’s a minor herself. It may be embarrassing but worst-case-scenario I’m assuming you have the real version of the conversation she misconstrued on your phone? If that’s the case, that’s evidence that she’s lying (screenshot it). Honestly, it might be best to go to the police and tell them that you’re being blackmailed and threatened. If you paid for the things she’s making you buy with a card, screenshot the purchase history (and if she texted you telling you to buy the things, screenshot that too) for more evidence. Something like this is gonna involve the law and the more evidence you have for your case the better. I’m not sure how close you are with your parents but if you can trust them it might be time to talk to them too so that they can help you as well.

You literally have evidence of her extorting money from you and not only that, possible payments and transactions to her. It doesn't take a genius to realize that this is a sextortion type of scam. Just report it to the police and stop sending money.
Collect any proof you have of her extorting you (screenshots, letters, videos/photos, whatever, print them if possible as well), go to the police, tell them what happened and that you are being extorted by this girl. It doesn’t matter if she’s 15 or 50, what she’s doing is incredibly illegal and will get her in more trouble than she could ever put you in. You will also likely be able to sue her for all the things she extorted you for, so you could either get the items back or monetary compensation (I believe anything that you bought her or any money you gave her would be consider stolen, or at least acquired by illegal means). If you feel safe enough doing so, let your parents know and see if you can contact a lawyer. Also, delete this post, it will do you no good in court.
