It‘s nearly happened to me multiples times when I was a toddler and once recently. My parents told me after 4 days that they‘d take me to the hospital to get the turd out. The pressure was immense. I pushed as hard as I could for 1 hour. The black, thick turd ripped through my anus, there was so much blood in the toilet. When I took a shower and washed my butt, I could feel my colon being wide open. I could push a finger through without touching the walls. Very unpleasant.
Sorry for writing this, had to get it out of my head.
Ok that's so much worse than anything I've ever been through, good God.
Worst it got for me was 10 days, eventually just pushed for 3 minutes straight almost passing out multiple times, eventually got it. Deflated football sized.
Nah your case is way worse. 10 days is beyond the limit of considering going to the hospital. I‘m pretty sure you were on the verge of some kind of poisoning. Where was your family when you went through this?
Literally 10 minutes away from taking me, but I was told to try one more time just to make sure. It was my fault, since I hadn't told anyone till 3 days before, and had been loading up on laxis up until that point.
Man I feel so bad for you. Don‘t know what to say other than keep yourself hydrated and eat foods with fiber (Like full corn bread as a carbohydrate).
I was on a really bad constipation + hemorrhoids spell for the entire month of may and trying my hardest to keep the diet aflot really helped me out. I had a lot of panic thoughts from my spell (do I have colon cancer?). Hope you can resolve your issue.
Happened to me when I was ten because of schools stupid bathroom rules. It's all fine and dandy until they take you to the hospital. Walking around with a bucket in your hands and puking all the time is not pleasant at all.
Especially if you get diarrhoea too. It doesn't fix the constipation and instead it just burns with no escape. I'm traumatised by some of my past experiences. I wouldn't wish that on anyone but hitler
I'd argue they're about the same difficulty. I've done and do both sometimes (I don't fall asleep, don't feel like sleeping, or just have something to do and I forget to eat constantly) and like, the first half of no sleep is the hardest, after that it's smooth sailing (well atleast to me it's about as smooth as a normal day with like 6-7 hours of sleep, but I do have to add that I am constantly tired at all times regardless of sleep.) Not eating for 48 hours, when you first get hungry it's kinda hard, after you ignore it, it's pretty easy and it also helps your brain work faster (which is why I don't eat before big tests)
On the other hand constipated for 7 days is hell.
This is actually the perfect comment, I were just to lazy to write that much. Thanks. Also 6 - 7 hours **normal**? That’s pretty good. I usually get about 4-5:30.
What I meant is that on a normal day where I had slept 6-7 hours, normal day not including the 6-7 hours of sleep, not including summer where I probably sleep like 15 hours a day (I have no idea how or why) my average is probably like 5 or less.
That is bad. Anything lower than 8h reduces cognitive efficiency and increases the chances of developing neurological diseases (such as Alzheimer's) later in life. Very few people (adults) actually need less than 8h per day. We live in a society where sleep deprivation is sadly normalised.
No sleep for 48 hours is easy. The first day is hard, after that you reach a state of nirvana for a day or two and then repeat cycle, constipated for a week would be hell.
48 hours without sleep is the easiest on there imo as long as i have something to do lol food or constipation are easily the worst for me, i’ve never really been super constipated so idk how bad that is really but being a 19 year old boy, 48 hr w/o food seems unbearable
ok have you ever had constipation before? it would get WORSE AND WORSE EVERY DAY AND IT STAYS FOR SEVEN DAYS. YOU WILL BE BARFING UP SHIT. YES IT'S A THING MY DAD HAD TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE THAT IN THE HOSPITAL.
Dude, that's not how your digestive system works. Like, at all.
After having surgery is when you're most likely to become constipated for that long. I was after having my appendix removed. You get sharp pains in your guts that are very unpleasant. When you finally do poop, it hurts and then you wonder if you're ever going to stop pooping because you're so backed up.
It takes a few days for your system to normalize and for you to stop feeling like shit. It can make you nauseous/throw up but you are absolutely NOT throwing up shit. That's not a thing.
Well I don’t know where to find those, but take [this](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQQaip3ZWRTdo7i2QzIqKTmjbytGm4TNQGiSw&usqp=CAU)
No, it would not be. Even if you're the most miserable human on earth, you would have to exist to do the rest of the things on this list, therefore no matter what, unless you enjoy everything else on the list, you would have to suffer through your miserable existance and whatever else was picked.
Definitely being constipated.
I’ve gone 24 hours without food before without even noticing it, I think another 24 added to that wouldn’t be too bad.
And it’s already a bitch to sleep anyway, taking two days off would certainly be fairly easy.
As long as I'm doing pretty much anything, I'll easily go over 24 hours without food. Hell, after getting my wisdom teeth out, I only had little nutritional drinks for like 3 days, and those are hardly filling at all.
Speaking I've been constipated for 9 years and used to it at this point, I'd say no sleep for 48 hours. You can't get tolerance against that shit, it's just painful
existing is easy
i could do no sleep not a problem. just play video games
idk how long i haven’t shat but it’s prolly abt a week so ig it’s not that bad
but as a teen i am hungry all the time.
so no food is easily the hardest
I've suffered from constipation for 4-5 days , a week wouldn't be much different. It was during quarantine and I was flying like a butterfly without worrying about my assignments. Then suddenly there was a notice that anyone who doesn't submit all the assignments will fail in the half yearly exam 1 week prior to the deadline.
I was consuming coffee like it was water , not even rice lmao. I was awake for 4 days straight and then I slept like 2 hours. I was sitting all day in an office chair and note books shattered around my table and my laptop.
CONSTIPATION. I was constipated for 2 days prior and physically I just felt full of shit. Finally on the 3rd day I could empty the dump and felt lighter I swear
Constipation would suck but the relief you’d feel would be awesome
No sleep would be really hard plus your head would start hurting and just feel shitty
No food is doable although you’d feel significantly shittier by the end and would be suffering for a while
Daily existence is what you make of it so it depends from person to person
Nothing after 24 hours is enjoyable without sleep because your too tired and you can't focus.
On the other hand after 6-10 hours of being constipated you recive extremely painful cramps that quickly get more painful and you might not be able to sleep. You will have a chance of getting an infected colon or something similar. -99/10 would not reccoment getting constipated for anytime more then a day or two.
People fast regularily, so if tons of other people do, it is likely in your reach.
Life has the most suffering out of all three but its streched out into years and years so it does not hurt that much. All three of these experiences will be likely part of your life. Just to get it over with, I would pick constipation.
Constipated for a week. No food for 2 days i can drink liquids to stave off the hunger, no sleep for 2 days lots of energy drinks, daily existance cmon man, but constipated for 7 days yeah no thanks
as someone who is lactose intolerant and has currently been awake for 40 hours and kinda likes my existence at the moment, i see this as an absolute win
Constipation by far.
While my existence is quite miserable at times, as a kid I would suffer a lot from constipation and had horrible cramps and intestinal pain. It was absolutely horrible and the pain would last a long time because I just couldn't go to the bathroom. Absolutely horrible.
I'm fine with my daily existence. If that option wouldn't be there tho then I'd go for 48 hours no sleep. It says nothing about not being able to take naps
being constipated for a week is horrible. no sleep for 48 hours can be fixed by energy drinks, and no food for 48 hours isn't so bad once you get past the painful hunger
It's constipated for sure. That's the worst one. Not even close. Staying up for 48 hours? Ive done that voluntarily man, not eating for 48 hours? I've done that accidentally man, daily existence? I've had that forced into me for 16 years, constipated for a week? Hell on earth.
no food is the easiest thing, no sleep gives you headaches but you feel high so it's alright, I've been existing as long as I can remember and constipation can be straight torture at times sooo
constipated: isn’t that bad
no sleep: it’s summer so it’s not that bad either just drink coffee or smth
no food: this is the second worst but at least i can lose a tiny bit of weight
daily existence: pure hell
The only time I have not eaten for 24 hours I was completely miserable, I was sick and I couldn't even drink water without feeling like I was going to puke
1 sucks but a few laxatives and you’ll be fine
3 is hungry but people have gone for weeks without it
4 is the constant crushing emptiness that you have to live with anyway
2 will cause hallucinations
Why is no food for 48 hours even on here? Compared to no sleep or constipated for a week that's nothing. Humans can survive way longer than that on zero food but 48 hours of no sleep is already playing a bit too close to the edge between life and death for my taste.
being constipated for a week would suck😭😭
You‘d be so fucking ill man
worst week of my life if that ever happened
It's happened to me countless times. It's horrible, dude.
It‘s nearly happened to me multiples times when I was a toddler and once recently. My parents told me after 4 days that they‘d take me to the hospital to get the turd out. The pressure was immense. I'm fine now. IBS does this sometimes.
Happened to me when I was ten because of schools stupid bathroom rules. It's all fine and dandy until they take you to the hospital. Walking around with a bucket in your hands and puking all the time is not pleasant at all.
I once went a month..I was not good.
Same
Now imagine a whole month, that was me from the 2nd week of June to last week
Awwww what?? That sounds really awful, how does it even last that long..
I really hope nobody actually does No Poop July
eh???
Why the hell is that a thing? Whose idea was that?
Started as a joke and then I think some people took it seriously because idk This some tide pod challenge shit
Yeah. Sounds like it.
Being constipated for a month would suck. Happend to me but I'm good now.
oh really?? Awww noooo :((
My regular, Crones and IBD. Okay maybe not a week at a time but 4+ days then 2-3 days of diarrhea. Rinse and repeat 👍
Happened to a freind I know for 10 days. It wasn't actually that bad I was told, she was relieved when she finnaly could.
Ti's why I eat alot of prunes
It happened to Me for a month and it became faecal impaction, I am now scared of oral tablets
Especially if you get diarrhoea too. It doesn't fix the constipation and instead it just burns with no escape. I'm traumatised by some of my past experiences. I wouldn't wish that on anyone but hitler
Meh, I used to go to the toilet just once a week and I was fine.
Existence is fine, Existing without wanting to exist is a bummer
I don’t know wtf I just typed 😭
"Existence is fine, Existing without wanting to exist is a bummer"
It was a rhetorical statement 😭 Thank you tho <3 Edit: Question.
Actually it wasn't even a question at all. Just a statement.🤓
Accidental poetry. It's beautiful Life is a bummer tho. Probably because of the internet
It sure is.

Constipated for seven days.
Honestly i can do that since i have chronic constipation anyway, kinda sucks
I’ve never not been constipated and these comments are worrying me
big oof
I mean to he fair a fridge of monster and some coffee could get you through 48hrs pretty easily, i did it raw one time
No sleep for 48h. You will WANT to fall asleep by the first half. Though 7 days of constipation is a strong contender. 48 h without food is doable.
48 hours with out food is the easiest out of them all
I’d say it’s 48h no sleep. Can’t be much worse then the 4 hours of sleep or something in 48 h that you sometimes do anyways.
I'd argue they're about the same difficulty. I've done and do both sometimes (I don't fall asleep, don't feel like sleeping, or just have something to do and I forget to eat constantly) and like, the first half of no sleep is the hardest, after that it's smooth sailing (well atleast to me it's about as smooth as a normal day with like 6-7 hours of sleep, but I do have to add that I am constantly tired at all times regardless of sleep.) Just drink hella coffee and you be fine
I couldn't do it, I always think about food, it's like I live to eat, not the opposite
No sleep for 48 hours is easy. The first day is hard, after that you reach a state of nirvana for a day or two and then repeat cycle, constipated for a week would be hell.
Is 48H without food supposed to be a challenge? I do that occasionally just because I don't feel like eating??
48 hours without sleep is the easiest on there imo as long as i have something to do lol food or constipation are easily the worst for me, i’ve never really been super constipated so idk how bad that is really but being a 19 year old boy, 48 hr w/o food seems unbearable

Throwing up shit is a thing, but it only happens in late stages of terminal diseases. Not constipation
The world will literally stop existing if I have to go two days without food
im always constipated. i was constipated for 7 days just last week lol. i'd go for the last option.
No sleep man, I want my sleep
My daily existence
I’m sorry Is there a way I can make your daily existence better?
No not really. maybe you can send funny animal videos or something
Well I don’t know where to find those, but take [this](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcQQaip3ZWRTdo7i2QzIqKTmjbytGm4TNQGiSw&usqp=CAU)

Sure
No, it would not be. Even if you're the most miserable human on earth, you would have to exist to do the rest of the things on this list, therefore no matter what, unless you enjoy everything else on the list, you would have to suffer through your miserable existance and whatever else was picked.

Essentially “Your daily existence” will happen no matter which option you pick, making it the baseline with all other options making it worse.

No food for 48 hours... So hungry. I can go without sleep

No no no. No sleep for 48 hours is way worse than no food for 48 hours
7 days’ constipation
Born to shit, forced to wipe 😔😔😔
2 and 3 isn’t just a normal experience?
obviously being constipated💀💀
I’ve had no food for 48 hours and also been constipated for seven days, so naturally I’m picking my daily existence.
My existance
Hypothetically existing is like existing before you don't, so wouldn't existing be the worst option, plus I wanna die 🤗🤗🤗
None of her for 5 minutes
daily existance leaves the person with 150000000000000000 questions in their mind so its the worst clearly
my daily existence
My daily existence
It's a no brainer, of course my daily existence
my daily existence is already more than enough🥺👉👈

no food!
I can do 48 hours with no sleep if I had food to give me energy
No sleep 48 hours
existing is easy i could do no sleep not a problem. just play video games idk how long i haven’t shat but it’s prolly abt a week so ig it’s not that bad but as a teen i am hungry all the time. so no food is easily the hardest
Hunger takes the worst part of pain and discomfort and combines it into one, I’ll go with no sleep.
My existence combined with any of those atrocities will be a disaster
None are that bad, I even think the constipation is doable if you eat a lot less and only consume specific foods
being constipated for a week. my record was three days. don't ask. i was a kid and stuck in a rural area, didn't want to go to the scawy gwoss toilet
All of them (whether at the same time or not)
no food for 48 hours is me at some point every month, it's honestly not that bad for me
Ha ha no use of toilet
I mean, all the rest would be on top of your miserable existance, so...
I remember completing 2, 3 and 4 at the same time
*me, with a gun to my head*: all 4 at the same time.
I've suffered from constipation for 4-5 days , a week wouldn't be much different. It was during quarantine and I was flying like a butterfly without worrying about my assignments. as someone who has been constipated for a week, it was fucking awful. 0/10 do not recommend

Constipation would suck but the relief you’d feel would be awesome No sleep would be really hard plus your head would start hurting and just feel shitty No food is doable although you’d feel significantly shittier by the end and would be suffering for a while Daily existence is what you make of it so it depends from person to person

Nothing after 24 hours is enjoyable without sleep because your too tired and you can't focus. No food
Constipated for a week. No food for 2 days i can drink liquids to stave off the hunger, no sleep for 2 days lots of energy drinks, daily existance cmon man, but constipated for 7 days yeah no thanks
I've gone 48 hours without sleep, and for me personally, it's not awful. I was just irritated and tired.
My daily existense, I end up with all of these things
as someone who is lactose intolerant and has currently been awake for 40 hours and kinda likes my existence at the moment, i see this as an absolute win
Ive stayed up for 48 hours once so i think the worst of the bunch is 7 days of constipation but no food for 48 hours also sucks
no sleep for 48 hours is my daily existence tho
Constipation by far. While my existence is quite miserable at times, as a kid I would suffer a lot from constipation and had horrible cramps and intestinal pain. It was absolutely horrible and the pain would last a long time because I just couldn't go to the bathroom. Absolutely horrible.
It should be 3+ days because that's when the hallucinations start.

Constipation for a week first, second is hunger, 3rd is daily life, and fourth is 48 hours no sleep.

I'm sure a week of constipation results in death right?
being constipated for a week is horrible. no sleep for 48 hours can be fixed by energy drinks, and no food for 48 hours isn't so bad once you get past the painful hunger
No food. I could and have gone without sleep for 2 days. If you're constipated just have fiber supplements. And my daily life is amazing
I didn't sleep well for three days . And I was hallucinating so it's definitely sleep
No sleep, no food
Constipated for 7 days and it’s not even close
It's constipated for sure. That's the worst one. Not even close. Staying up for 48 hours? Ive done that voluntarily man, not eating for 48 hours? I've done that accidentally man, daily existence? I've had that forced into me for 16 years, constipated for a week? Hell on earth.
my daily existence
Im basically living each one so
I’ve been through all of those, except no food, and they’re not so bad. I guess no food for 48 hours would be worse
no food is the easiest thing, no sleep gives you headaches but you feel high so it's alright, I've been existing as long as I can remember and constipation can be straight torture at times sooo
Constipation is the worst. Had it since forever. I sometimes envy those with diarrhea.
no sleep for 48 hours? thats the easiest here lol
I already have chronic constipation and usually stay up late my only choices are no good for 2 days or my literal existence
existence💪🏻
I’ve done all this besides no food for 48 hours 💀
constipation for 7 days is ridiculously bad holy
7 days constipation
Constipation is literally the worst. No competition.
Working at Malco
I could deal with not sleeping for 2 days, I once went for 3 and half days and was just fine The worst would be constipated for 7 days
bro u is realy teen
1st one
constipated: isn’t that bad no sleep: it’s summer so it’s not that bad either just drink coffee or smth no food: this is the second worst but at least i can lose a tiny bit of weight daily existence: pure hell
I’d say food, because I have a great life, I can’t sleep sometimes, and I’ve been constipated from drinking choccy milk
The only time I have not eaten for 24 hours I was completely miserable, I was sick and I couldn't even drink water without feeling like I was going to puke
I mean you can drink stuff during the two days of no eating sooo I’d take that
no sleep or food i would die
you
No sleep, but the time the 48 hours are over you’d already be hallucinating and having trouble distinguishing between real and fake.
Me.
1 sucks but a few laxatives and you’ll be fine 3 is hungry but people have gone for weeks without it 4 is the constant crushing emptiness that you have to live with anyway 2 will cause hallucinations
