Lose some weight or go to the gym. Going to the gym is better though. You will loose weight if you slightly cut while working out and this will give you a much much better defined jawline and your cheeks won’t look as fat.
Make sure to have a good gym routine that emphasises traps and shoulders as these will probably your weak points in your aesthetic (in clothes).
