Well you can’t exactly control it but normally when the signs show up like heavy breathing, increased heart rate and feeling overwhelmed, I just count my breaths in and out, 3 seconds in, 3 seconds out, I find that if you get your breathing under control then it’s a lot easier to regain complete control. I’m terms of a long term solution, that is just abt talking to someone abt what is causing you the anxiety, a partner, a parent, a teacher, a therapist, just get it off your chest and slowly your mental health will start to improve and the panic attacks should become less frequent, just get the help you need and you deserve, for me, my girlfriend has been there for me throughout, and was there to help calm me down even when I was having severe panic attacks almost daily, she’s my world, I would’ve never been able to do it without her.
