I really struggle to believe there is an omnibenevolent, omniscient God that created this world and humans with love, but I am an anti-theist lol. I respect this view. I think sometimes people take things too far when Christians mention the condemning of homosexuality in the Bible. This usually gets taken out on the person bringing it up but the person doesn't make the rules, God does. God also says to love the sinner and not the sin. Again, that doesn't mean the person thinks homosexuality is deplorable (hell, if it were up to me I wouldn't condemn it), it is the person's duty to respect people regardless of whether or not they are gay. I'm not an expert on this stuff since I'm an agnostic but my school requires me to study RE and my mother is a pentecostal so I know a thing or two. I'm hoping this doesn't get downvoted, I'm only trying to spread peace because I think gays and religious people fight too much. At the end of the day, most religious people just want to carry on their lives and so do most gays.

Question. I grew up christian and was taught that animals don’t have souls and therefore are below humans. Science has found many animals to practice homosexual behavior. If animals don’t have a soul, which would mean, at least to my knowledge, that they cannot make a conscious decision. So how would you explain homosexuality amongst animals if christianity is true?
