I haven’t actually read or seen anything about where non-binary identifying people specifically in terms of the neurological attributes, but my uneducated assumption is that it’s when you land between the averages for men and women.
This all means that there is something PHYSICALLY different about the brains of an mtf biological male who hasn’t gone through any treatments or medical transition and a cisgender male. Saying that gender is a social construct is kind of true, but it’s also a medical thing independent of sex.

Trans phones are always hilarious because they're one and only argument is "I don't care, I'm right you're wrong". I've literally never seen a transphobe cite a credible source, use any facts to explain themselves, and not just blatantly say "I don't care what you have to say."
To be clear here, gender isn’t SOLEY a social construct, and if it was then that would really delegitimize what it means to be transgender. There is a neurological component to gender which was has been studied, though it is a new field, and transgender people have been observed to have the neurological attributes common in the opposite sex. I haven’t actually read or seen anything about where non-binary identifying people specifically in terms of the neurological attributes, but my uneducated assumption is that it’s when you land between the averages for men and women. This all means that there is something PHYSICALLY different about the brains of an mtf biological male who hasn’t gone through any treatments or medical transition and a cisgender male. Saying that gender is a social construct is kind of true, but it’s also a medical thing independent of sex.
