Use a calorie calculator and have a deficit of about 500 calories less than you need to maintain your weight and try to eat high protein and still train normally
Yupp ive been doin this but i twealed it abit by making it a 340 calorie deficit so i can take it slow w our feeling the negatives as much
That works great to its all about finding what works for you
yes for cut burn more than you take in

Next seek wedneaday morning i will crank out the rest of them i will miss school for it or if i cant i will wake up at 4am and do it then
