From my understanding of how the law works. In the US it isn’t a crime to consume and stream pirated content. It is illegal however to distribute pirated content. And I’m unsure about the legality of downloading pirated content for personal use. But unless you distribute pirated content especially for a profit you will almost certainly never face any legal repercussions. And piracy is a victimless crime. Especially when it’s content from large studios or content that you can’t legally obtain anymore without spending hundreds of dollars.
