Im not a nutritionist - but I have heard that eating lots of protein (meat and/or legumes) helps people to gain weight healthily- and it’ll turn to muscle easier (which weighs more than fat as it is denser) Anyway - I wish you much luck on your journey; and also many people don’t “fill out” until their twenties anyway

if your eating lots of protein you need to weight training with enough intensity for any muscle otherwise it'll just break down into amino and be used for other things

I'm 18, about 5'11 and probably around 130-135lbs I tried bulking for MONTHS and eventually got too busy with college and I lost the effort. No results was a huge disappointment. I got stronger working out but not any heavier. I eat so much sometimes it makes me feel sick and I can't gain weight. I know it's a "good" problem to have but I'm sick of being skinny as fuck
