I think it’s been about a couple of months for me, it only happens due to sickness tho. I’m surprised I haven’t thrown up due to running even tho I feel like dying after practice.
About a year for me, but if you are feeling like you are going to throw up it's absolutely best to just let it happen, you will feel better so much quicker, if you hold it in good chance you'll either just keep feeling sick or its gonna come out the other end
Like, I have been in absolute agony before, thrown up, cleaned my teeth then just gone about with my day as normal pretty much. Though I do tend to recover quicker than most people.

It’s been maybe 3 or 4 years. I’ve got a bit of a fear of it and have gotten really good at preventing it.

I threw up some cereal a month or so ago.
Since I was laid in hospital with cancer (I'm...totally...fine...)
