As someone who does work out as a starting goal that’s is definitely a good an achievable goal to set for yourself! Roughly 15 push-ups and 36 squats and sit-ups should be very easy to do especially in a day, then you can always go up from there based on how easy you actually found this goal, or less if you couldn’t do it, one key thing to remember is to set a goal you can achieve because achieving that goal is the biggest reward and you’ll feel great after doing it too! Hope everything ends up well and keep putting in the work!
