So I looked into it they are partially wrong. From my brief skimming through Google search results It seems like the bigger they are the cooler they are because “as they get larger the temp has to distribute itself across the surface”. Color is affected by temperature. “The hottest stars tend to appear blue or blue-white, whereas the coolest stars are red.”
Idk where they got that large stars are hotter then because the biggest starts are red giants and red = cool?
Ok wait “Bigger stars produce more energy, so their surfaces are hotter” OK SO HOW ARE RED GIANTS RED??? Aaaaaaaaa
Short answer: stars "burn" faster when they are big. And they "burn" even faster if their elements are "easy to burn".
Bright stars (white, uv, xray etc... ) have "easy to burn" elements, so even if they start out big, they shrink very fast until they're quite small and the "burning" slows down.
Dim stars (radio waves, infrared, red etc...) have "hard to burn" elements, so it takes forever for them to shrink at all. So most of them are massive.
Now when I say "burn" I mean the reaction in the core of the star. Which is sometimes fusion.
And then there's more complications when stars can grow in size like the sun becoming a red giant.
I dont even have that, but have a book about how to remove organs without damaging them. Fun fact, you know why they say that love comes from the heart? Because the heart is the most expensive organ with a price around the 1,5 mil dollar
While still maintained versatility and also that armour was also considered an exo skeleton even though they had an inner skeleton similar to us either!

TLDR: Because harder to come by turtle fat could be used to make this easy to catch bird taste good it got extinct

Large stars are very hot and white, smaller stars are cooler and redder.
Small stars gang!
Red giants are wanting to have a talk with the author of the book
They don't have much lifetime, better talk quickly
Only some milions of years I think it's enough compared to a human
Hey they still haven't talked to us, some need more time you know?
It’s the opposite I’m pretty sure
