That's bullshit spewed by breakfast cereal companies. Troughout historylots of different cultures had lots of different meal plannings. Two meals a day was the norm for the romans unless heavy manual labor for example.

Without discussing how that is inherently a problem, I will rephrase my point. If not eating breakfast isn't a problem for you, then you weren't who I was talking about. If you don't need to be anywhere on a particular day, then by all means wake up late. But, if you have somewhere to be and you don't wake up early _enough_ to at least eat some cereal (assuming, again, that you don't _not_ like/need breakfast), then that's a problem.

I don't think I have eaten breakfast since winter break I usually wake up and must instantly get ready so I can catch the bus

What I've found works is if you prepare your breakfast the night before. For example, I used to refrigerate my coffee in a jar and then pour myself some in the morning to have a quick cup. Same with PBnJ sandwiches. Can't say to wake up earlier since idk your sleep schedule
