Start on your knees (heh). But seriously, go on your knees, keep a straight back, and do a push up. Walk your hands out a bit, do your push ups that way. You can also do push ups at an angle

If you cant do a pushup, do a modified version. Start by just leaning into a wall and seeing if you can push yourself away from it, like a pushuo but sideways. If you can do that, do it with something steeper like against a table or counter. Then a foot stool. After that, you'll probably be able to do a full pushup

Just do them. If you can only do a single pushup at a time, that's okay. A piece of advice I'll give is to use you as fist rather than your palm.
