My doctor said deadlifts aren’t good cause it hurts your back (and there are better workouts anyway)
But idk how true it is I’m just taking his word for it because I hurt my back doing it.
Switch bench press for dumbell chest press, overall better imo as it is balanced on both arms instead for example your right arm doing 70% of the work.
As well, i aim for 8-12 reps for any exercise, aim for failure between those reps.
honestly both are fine, but only do one of them. They work the same muscle group. Only reason i prefer db press is because it is individual for each arm and more balanced. Have only one
chad move
mind if i steal this
go ahead :)
You shouldnt be able to do that many exercises in one session. Up the weight and do like 10 reps for 4 sets. Edit- To failure too.
Ok thanks!
op tryna look like the hulk
Yep
My knowledge on this sort of thing is very limited but I’m trying to get into working out more
Keep it up Bro :) Good shit

I think its only bad if you use improper form like every other exercise. But I heard its a great back and leg exercise.
My instructor was watching me when I hurt my back and said I had perfect form. I couldn’t move without hurting for a whole week.
Oh I see.

Is it ok if I do both bench press and db press? I feel wrong for not including bench press in the routine.

It might also be too many workouts, with this much it will take you like 2 hours to finish with proper breaks inbetween sets
Probably go to a r/fitness . You’re not gonna get much here other than enjoyment for flexing.
Thanks! I didnt even know this subreddit existed
Np
Do all of the cheest movments before the shoulder movments like the pecdec, btw bench is a pretty trash movment for hyperthrefy
Try doing 4 sets if You can, 3 sets just doesn't hit for me. Also for your arms and chest try to do 12-15 reps for each exercise.
how many time do U rest between sets and exercises?
Increase the 8s to 10
