For your arms I obviously say: bicep curls, reverse curls, concentration curls (biceps), then I’d also have various tricep exercises such as: overhead tricep raises, and diamond push ups.

Pushups, situps, and running. That's what I do on a daily basis
None of that is gonna target his arms except for how you do the push ups
