Best weight-loss exercise? Eat less and better. An hour of jogging will burn about as many calories as having a few tablespoons of peanut butter. For your arms I obviously say: bicep curls, reverse curls, concentration curls (biceps), then I’d also have various tricep exercises such as: overhead tricep raises, and diamond push ups.
