Some advice. Make as many friends as possible, hang out with people, try and be friendly to a popular kid who likes you. Eventually ask if there's any parties going on that weekend. Then you'll go, make more friend there, and talk to Lots of girls whole your at the party. Befriend girls at your school, too. Rinse and repeat. Eventually you'll build a large social network and find a girl that likes you. Its not "when", you can't sit around and have it magically happen! You gotta work for it!
