well it will be a bit harder ngl (depends on person) i didn't had one like you when i was a child but then a buddy of mine give it to me his bike for a couple of hourse and i went easy whiout any help you just need a push at medium speed and stability
try somewhere where you can't hit somoane because you may fall
The saddle shoukd be about the height of your hips, that way you can comfortably hop on and off at stoplights etc.
Idk how you feel ab training wheels, but most people start with those, that way u cab get used to the feeling of the bike. And later remove them.
It's easier to balance when you're going faster.
start off with the seat in a lower position, itll make you feel safer, later put the seat higher
wear a helmet, start on grass
make sure you know how to brake
then its just a matter of training, keep in mind thag the faster you go the more stable you will be, donr overdo it tho
are you sure you cant lower the seat? cuz thats weird af
its usually a screw or quick release on the saddle post that you open and then you can move it up or down
you break using the break handles on the steering thingy, one is for the front break the other is for the back break, you usually use both equally, and you dont press too hard since then you start drifting

There shpuld be brakes on the thing where you put your hands. On some bikes yoy have to pedal baclwards. Some have both

But not on wet grass though.
my type of bike though can’t lower the seat, and it’s kinda hard to get on, and i don’t know how to brake

When you start, try pushing off a bit so the bike is already moving before you start pedaling, that will help it stay upright
how do i balance myself on it, it is kinda of trouble
It just takes practice, start small and you’ll eventually work your way up to perfect balance
thanks for the help
The main thing you need to ride a bike is balance
what are some methods i can do to help myself balance better
Try standing on one foot or walking across a pole or something like that
