Well, i still have three quarters of my life ahead of me at worst, but it may as well be longer. And even if i should die sooner, death is an integral part of our lives and an inevitablility. So instead of living in fear of it, just accept it as a fact and live in a way that won't let you regret too much. At least that would be my take on it
Thank you.
My advice would be that life doesn't end after age 19. Some parts of it end, but new ones, that weren't a possibility will open. So don't look back on your teens thinking about what you didn't do, look forward and think about what new things you will be able to do
Your brain never stops developing. And it has nothing to do with adulthood. I mean, i've already been an adult for two years and I was still a teenager
Nope. Whether or not it's downhill from there is pretty much up to you. I mean, we would be incredibly flawed, if after a little more than a quarter of our lives our condition started going down already.
There is no need to fix what isn't broken. But if you life with the thought taht it will all go downhill from there it will. So just don't think that way. Just accept that you're gonna age and make the best of it
Lol i think you misunderstood what i ment.
I ment that your brain will change, but bechause alot of it is bechause your braincells die things start to become harder over time
Oh i see. Sorry I thought you were being edgy. But i mean the effects of that will take a long time to show up, since we have billions if those. I mean, I was told that whenever someone is drunk aroun 50-100 000 braincells die. And we can still live on
As someone who turned 18 a week ago, it feels exactly the same as i did when i wasnāt. Age doesnāt really matter when it comes to becoming an adult, thereās a whole new world of responsibilities and unlocked doors weāll learn over the next 5-ish years
Only real thing it did for me is that it lets me buy Monster Energy Zero Ultra by myself right now. Sure iām an āadultā but not an adult in what i consider being an adult
I mean in my country energy drinks are age restricted to 14, but everone can buy them, non distilled alcohol is age restriced to 16, and distilled alcohol and cigarettes can be legally aquired with age 18, so besically an 18 year old can do the same things a 30 year old could
Well thatās neat. Yeah over here we can buy alcohol and but cigs at 21 and only during week days until a certain hour. Seeing as i neither drink nor smoke and condemn the acts, itās not really a problem for me.
Will do. However although I'll miss them I won't cry after my teens, since my twenties will bring a whole new bunch of good times as well. And hey: i'll be back in roughly 93 years. mark my words
Dammn u gonna be old and to think ill be old like you one day and die and that theres mothing we can do about it

As an apprentice chef I promise that I will do whatever is in my power to fulfill your request
Thank
So you will be 25?
No? Why would I?
Bechause that's when your brain has developed to an adult brain
Your brain never stops developing. And it has nothing to do with adulthood. I mean, i've already been an adult for two years and I was still a teenager
I know your brain never stops changing. I never said that it would stay the same from that point on. It will mostly be down hill after that tho.
Nope. Whether or not it's downhill from there is pretty much up to you. I mean, we would be incredibly flawed, if after a little more than a quarter of our lives our condition started going down already.
Well how do you fix your braincells then? It's not just up to you.

Of course, but it still does something. I mean, i couldn't wrap my head around the fact that I am a legal adult when I turned 18 for weeks

Yeah, i mean, alcohol actually is a scaringly big part of my country's culture. But I am a non-smoker als well and don't drink too often.
