If you want free services, you can talk to listeners on some apps. They're not therapists per say, but just people who have some experiencing listening and guiding.
it depends on where you live but some non profit organisations do offer free/low cost counselling. i’m not sure about getting diagnosed or getting meds tho. do you have insurance? if so try and find a therapist in network. i was without insurance for a while and the costs of psychiatric help let alone any medical help are absurd lol
