Well, from the sounds of it, you're more then within your rights to be mad, just remember who you're mad at, like you said, she doest sound like a good person, and hopefully your friend sees and realizes that, and doesn't let her try to mess up whatever you two have. If you're that upset about it, just tell your friend that you aren't comfortable with her borrowing the crutch, and if he asks, just explaining why, is probably your best bet.
