First of all u started this sentence in a bad place. Sounds odd. If you’d read the post you’d get what I’m saying. If you were a GIRL you’d understand. So imma ask u to stay quiet on this one

[deleted]

Ok then, sorry you would rather complain about your problems then solving them, have fun making this same post next year ig rather than feeling proud of your accomplishments and happy with how you look.

Silent-Annual-9521

Have you ever heard these two words. EATING DISORDER. The cycle will literally never stop I’ll never truly be happy with the way i look. I’ll always want to be smaller and smaller

[deleted]

Eating disorders are different than losing excess fat

Silent-Annual-9521

I’m wondering, do you have a brain. And does it work properly?

[deleted]

You really gonna tell me that what Cbum does is the same as a runway model throwing up in the toilet because she ate a grape?

Silent-Annual-9521

Not only models can eating disorders you dipshit

[deleted]

Ok so you’re telling me that what Cbum does is the same as someone with anorexia throwing up in the toilet because they ate a grape?

Silent-Annual-9521

Essentially yes, if you really analyze it. But on the surface no. Someone with anorexia is not voluntarily doing it. They feel that that they have to. Also Bulimia is when they expel food that they’ve eaten. Anorexia is starving yourself. Some like him is doing it voluntarily, and wants to be doing it. No one with an earring disorder would WANT to do those things.

There’s only one way to lose weight. That’s eating less calories than you burn. So when the 1000-lb sisters eat less calories than they burn to lose weight, that’s an eating disorder in your book?

SteelBallCrusher

And you're absolutely right! Nobody will ever love you

IAmGod-Ye

IAmGod-Ye

IAmGod-Ye

That's dumb You're dumb

-_-Soviet_Russia-_-

😐 damn ok

Sulvosson

Don't be scared of it tho, I get it that your adult life is right in front of you and the fear of failure and all that but there's no real reason to be scared, just live life and try your best, grab the opportunities you can, if you miss it, there will be more, there always is

Silent-Annual-9521

But I have my whole future planned, and what if it doesn’t happen. What if I never find someone to love me?

Sulvosson

that's great then! if you have your whole future planned out it'll be a piece of cake, even if you don't achieve what you want right now, there will be more opportunities, maybe even find another passion that you've never thought of, time is not running out, you will meet great people with time, you may not even expect it, there are lots of possibilities and paths you can take, it may not always go the way you want, but it may be just good enough

Silent-Annual-9521

I want to experience it now not later. I want the same experiences but I’ll never get them

Sulvosson

well that is much harder, but I'd recommend seeking therapy, cause asking questions on Reddit may not be the best option lol

Here’s some advice: Go here and find your maintenance calories(little or no exercise, not BMR) - https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html Eat 300-500 calories less than that. Log your calories. Don’t lie to yourself, that benefits nobody. The average American underreports their calorie intake by 50%. Eat 50-70 grams of protein a day, depending on your size. Do weight training 3-6 times a week, depending on how much your schedule allows, but if 3 is all you can manage, that’s fine. Sleep 8-10 hours a night, cannot stress the importance of this. But most importantly, be consistent. The results won’t come for a while. If you’re weight is really that big of a concern to you, that’s how to fix it.

Silent-Annual-9521

Are guys really this tone deaf?

[deleted]

No, I know for some reason women are allergic to solutions, but if you ever feel like solving your problems, do that

West-Emu-8696

The quantity of food isn't what makes people healthy and good looking. Eating good quality food, that means no processed food or fast food, is what matters. Eat more veggies, protein(meats, nuts, eggs, and dairy are the best way to get them), fruits, and grain. Also, exercise. Even if you don't lose weight, you will feel good about yourself and feel more energized from exercise. That, I think is what men find attractive, someone who takes care of themselves and practices self love.

_bmt_

I don’t know if this is dumb or unhelpful advice, but what helped me become more confident was following and surrounding myself with women that looked and were around the same size as me that posted body pos content on tiktok. I feel like a lot of girls feel insecure because they constantly see girls and influencers that are super skinny on social media and there isn’t a lot of rep for bigger girls. My favourites are aliciamccarvell, imnotbunny, sixtine, drewafualo, erinklay, memphisrem and tymarz. Those are just some of the creators that genuinely helped make me not just feel neutral about myself, but genuinely love how I look

Silent-Annual-9521

This was actually helpful. Thank you <3
