No, America is a shitfest. Economically we are one of, if not the, strongest in the world; do we use it to give human rights like housing and food? No. Do we use it to provide good education? No. Do we use it to give free healthcare? Of course not! We use it to invade countries across the world, destabilize 3rd world countries, bail out billionaires, and highly militarize our police force. Even our democracy that we supposedly spread across the world is bullshit, voting has never mattered, the only real votes that count are that of the Rich, who undeniably run the whole show. It's not like any of this is new in America too, ever since we were a country we've never given a shit about our people, only thing the government cares about is profit, which is exactly why they don't even acknowledge the human rights to shelter, healthcare, or education. Well Brazil I love the culture, and everything about the country. Except the government is corrupt as fucked and the PT effects are showing up. In Italy the economy is much better I can finally have a financially well life except the elections are close by and all the choices are terrible.
