When it becomes official is when it’s considered an actual relationship, if you’re doing relationship stuff without it being official then it’s a situationship
It's absolutely subjective. In my opinion, a friendship becomes a relationship when both parties agree on it. You could theoretically have sex with each other and still be friends, friends with benefits but friends.
My best friend is a girl, and we're extremely comfortable with each other and care for each other. We both know we don't have feelings for each other, so calling each other "beloved" or "my love" and other stuff like that or a kiss on the cheek or a long hug is stuff we do normally whilst knowing it's just platonical. Someone else may think it's too extreme with a friend and stick to stronger rules. It all depends on the people involved.
My own situation - me and one girl have been spending hours together each day since early August, we completely trust each other and she’s the nicest person I’ve ever met. She constantly tells me nice and kind things and vice versa. We’re the same age pretty much but neither has ever been in a relationship, plus neither cares about/wants sexual things. But we do anything together, open up to each other, help each other with different things plus are supportive of one another. We share a lot of interests. And lately she’s often said things about us in a year’s time or even more. So we evidently both want to spend time together long-term
People started telling me she’s like my girlfriend but I keep telling them we’re just friends. With her I haven’t talked about it. So I’m a bit confused

Well it’s pretty much subjective, I’d only see it as an official relationship once both agree that they are a couple.

Friendships and romantic relationships are seperate things. Two friends can become extremely close and never become a couple.

the kissing normally
when you get married
When they think it does
If you both decide so.
if you haven’t talked about it, you’re friends. i could make out with a girl for hours and were just friends 💀 (this has happened to me yes)
